After triumphing in MasterChef 2016, Jane has not rested on her laurels and has worked with some of the most famous chefs in the country at their restaurants, including Michel Roux, Marcus Wareing, Atol Kochher and Michael O’Hare. After stunning TV judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode with her self-taught cooking, Jane has been much in demand as a Masterchef winner, appearing in front of audiences at food and drink shows around the country including the BBC Good Food Show, Foodies Festival and others. Fans of her simple, but stunning, cooking will be pleased to know she is working on her first recipe book and On Blackheath presents a perfect chance to watch her work her magic first hand. This year has certainly been busy. I have cooked with some amazing chefs including, Michel Roux, Jason Atherton, Michael O’Hare, Marcus Wareing and Atul Kochhar. Amongst other things I have been teaching, presenting all over the country at food festivals, corporate sponsorship work, after dinner speaking, private dining', been published in national magazines and newspapers and been on the TV, including of course the wonderful 'Pointless' and genuinely have had a whirlwind. In the best of ways, it's been the most extraordinary, moving and somewhat overwhelming time - my feet have hardly touched the ground. I am also writing my first cookbook which I am so very excited about. It’s an everyday book of recipes which happen to be 'Gluten Free', so hoping for some exciting launch dates soon.
