But on the health and style side, they are frankly pretty outdated: So rather than serving kebabs, sausages and fries, Street Food Festival is dishing up real delicacies. With more than 150 exhibitors – serving burgers, momos, tacos, sushi, ceviche, oysters, raclette, pralines or cupcakes – the selection is even bigger than ever. Developed seven years ago from the international Street Food movement, it has meanwhile become just a part of summer in Zurich as going for a swim in the Limmat. An oasis lovingly created for guests to indulge on a nice late summer day. And there is something here for everybody – whether healthy or hearty, meat- or plant-based, regional or from the rest of the world: It’s all quickly prepared with fresh ingredients for you.
