Żelazowa Wola is a village on the Utrata River in the Masovian Voivodship, about 60 kilometers from Warsaw, Poland. The village is the birthplace of two famous classical musicians: the pianist and composer Fryderyk Chopin, and the violinist Henryk Szeryng. It is known for its picturesque Mazovian landscape, and numerous winding streams surrounded by willows and hillocks. A museum devoted to Chopin is located in the preserved annex of the former manor of the Chopin family, surrounded by a park. In summer, concerts of Chopin's music are performed by pianists from all over the world. (source: Wikipedia)
