Twilight fog on Bolinas Ridge, Mt. Tamalpais State Park, Marin County, California. On a clear day you can see San Francisco, the Golden Gate, Point Reyes, the Pacific Ocean and the San Francisco Bay Area from this highpoint. On summer days the fog rolls in and obscures all but the highest pieces of land. Located just North of busy San Francisco, Mt. Tamalpais State Park, and it's neighbor, the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) is a welcome open space area where city dwellers escape to run, hike, and mountain bike on a vast trail system.
