When I got to the parking of the "Alpe di Siusi", the sun had not risen and there were still no cars. I turned on my torch and began the walk along these magical paths. Enjoying in total solitude the nature that surrounded me and the pure air of these dreamy mountains. I had to walk quite fast a little over half an hour to get to the exact spot from which I intended to take the most characteristic photo of this place. However, a lot of low clouds covered the mountains. I hoped they would disappear when the sun came up but it was not so. Faced with the impossibility of photographing the distant mountains, I opted to improvise and concentrate on the huts and wooden barns that abound in their hills. Of all the compositions, I considered that this, with the mist that extended by a near forest, was the one that better reflected the atmosphere of this magical but nebulous morning in these Alpine prairies.
