A customer inspects his finished gondola in the gondola boat builder's yard at Squero di San Trovaso on the bank of the Rio de S Trovaso. It is a short walk from the Ponte dell'Accademia (Accademia bridge) in Venice in northern Italy. The Tyrolean-style wooden structured yard is one of the three remaining and the oldest gondola workshop in the city.
