Eid in the Square on Saturday 20 October will celebrate its second year at Trafalgar Square to mark the Muslim Festival of Eid-ul-Fitr. This marks the end of Ramadan, a period observed simultaneously by millions of followers of Islam around the world, including London.The Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations are an exciting time intended to bring diverse communities, families and friends together. Visitors to the square will be able to experience live acts and entertainment and enjoy various stalls and exhibitions on display. There will also be a children’s play area and of course a prayer marquee for adults.
