Wal-Mart Stores Inc. s new China chief executive is aiming to expand its private clubs and lower its online prices in China, where online and offline retailers are creating stiff competition. Wal-Mart already plans to open two more Sams Club outlets in China in the next year, but it plans to pick up the pace after, said Greg Foran, Wal-Mart's China chief. He said he hopes to increase the rate of Sam's Club growth to 10 new stores per year in six to seven years.
