RM2GKM02H–1. LT. Joshua Sheehan, ein Offizier der Reserve des medizinischen Dienstes aus Columbus, Ohio, der der 307. Medizinischen Brigade zugeordnet ist, bringt den Patienten während einer Veranstaltung zum „Expert Field Medical Badge“, die am 16-22. Mai in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, abgehalten wird, in Sicherheit. Diese EFMB-Veranstaltung ist die erste Veranstaltung der Army Reserve und bietet Soldaten im medizinischen Bereich die Möglichkeit, den Sonderpreis für besondere Fähigkeiten zu erhalten, indem sie außergewöhnliche Kompetenz und herausragende Leistungen bei Soldaten- und medizinischen Aufgaben unter Beweis stellen. Weniger als zwanzig Prozent der Kandidaten bestehen den anspruchsvollen Test.
