The zookeeper introduces the viewers to a male red panda on the Facebook live watch through the Chester Zoo Facebok page on Friday morning. The comment section was filled with viewers amusment of seeing something different other than hearing or watching a news about the coronavirus pandemic. A virtual zoo day is hosted by the Chester Zoo on the 27th of March from 10 am to 4;30pm through their facebook page. To break up the boredom from Self isolation, the Chester Zoo opened their virtual gates for the first time ever for everyone to enjoy a whole day of seeing animals, live from their sofa. They will also be featuring giraffes, butterflies, bears, elephants, tigers, penguins and the aquarium. Following Government advice on social distancing, Chester Zoo has closed its gates to visitors for the foreseeable future, on the 21st of March.
